I wish someone would pick me up to go back to my hometown. In fact, I will go back to there alone. How lucky I am, Maulida my classmate will accompany me to go back to Banyumas my beloved place. Because of the bad weather, we just wish the weather was nice on December 19th . We are confused to choose the public transportation. Finally we decide to back to Banyumas by travel. Using travel is very safety I guess, because we just waiting in our boarding house and travel will pick us up. Beside that, we wish could get snack and a bottle of water.

Stupid Young White Boy

Two days ago, I went to the Bank near my campus. I tried to pull the door to enter to the Bank. How surprised I was, that the people were queueing in front of the ATM machine was very long. I didn’t know why this Bank was very crowded, but I assumed that many people needed much money this day. Suddenly, I saw a very handsome young white boy in front of me. I believed that he also wanted taking money same with me. I felt so lucky because I could see the handsome boy like that. I realized that he looked like my boy.  Unlucky I was not too braved to start the conversation with him. I just wondered who that boy was. After queuing for about twenty minutes, now the boy was using the ATM machines. Patiently, I was waiting for the boy. Curiously, I tried to peek for the monitor to know what he was doing. Oh, he tried to transfer amount of money. Finally, in the monitor appeared some text. ‘The saldo was not enough. 50,000’. I just laugh. I think what stupid he was. I told to my self why he didn’t check his saldo before. Now, I know if he was stupid young white boy.

Shocking Culture around Us

I have lived in Indonesian for nineteen years by the end of this year. It is important for us to know all about cultures in our beloved country. Unfortunately, we think it is more interesting to learn IT than to study cultures. Without
us knowing, there are many cultures around us, but I am sure not all the cultures are good. There are some weird cultures I guess. Are we always doing those cultures?

When we visited the sick person. I am sure we always visit our friends, family until our neighbour when they were ill. This culture is good to make relationship one to other, but there something strange in this culture. We always bring some fruit, bread, and other delicious food.  Whereas, sick person have a characteristic lost their appetite. Why don’t we give that delicious food when they are healthy?

Now, many sectors are influenced by the politic. Such as, many actors or actress who had not famous anymore getting new occupation in politic. At the real, we need the competent people to represent us in the government. In fact, almost Indonesian people choose the ex-actor or ex- actress in the election, whereas they haven’t politic knowledge anymore. So the question is when does Indonesia moving from developing country to developed country?

Those are the shocking cultures around us, I am sure we ever doing something like that. I belief there are other many shocking cultures around us.
